The 601K-G Tone and Probe kit offers superior tracing for low voltage applications such as telephone, data and security alarm wiring. The 601K-G provides the ability to check voltage on wire pairs as well as generate a tagging tone along the wire which is then picked up by the tracing probe. Features that include overall improved internal circuitry in both the amplifier and the tone generator, volume control and external warble-select. The 601K-G Tone and Probe kit promises to provide an enhanced customer experience for tracing and identifying single conductors or cables within bundles, either at midpoint or at remote ends. Included in the 601K-G kit is the 77M-G one-line Tone Generator with short circuit checker. The 200B-G Tracing Probe with adjustable volume control, an alternate flat/spade plastic probe tip and a nylon carrying case. The 601K-G Tone and Probe Tracing kit is assembled in the USA and is CE certified. The industry standard for tracing voice, data and video wiring. The 200B-G tracing probe has adjustable volume control. The 77M-G tracing tone generator indicates one line telephone service, voltage/polarity indication and checks for short circuits/continuity with a light.
